Common surface post-treatment of parts

We provide complete post-processing services to meet your diverse needs. Strive to ensure the color, texture, gloss, and surface treatment functionality of the final parts.

STEPS

Machined surface

The machined parts will have traces along the cutting tool path direction. The machined surface refers to the part that is directly processed by a machine without the need for grinding work, only requiring a little manual cleaning of burrs. After the part is removed from the machine, it can be completed and delivered quickly.

Grinding and polishing

Hand polishing can remove machining marks, eliminate burrs on the surface of parts, and eliminate product defects such as production line and adhesion marks. The manual high polishing process is used for mirror polishing of ordinary plastic, metal parts, transparent acrylic and transparent PC parts to achieve precise and uniform flatness and professional grade glossiness.

Sandblasting can create a uniform sanding effect on the surface of processed parts, removing traces of machining and polishing. It is the operation of forcefully pushing abrasive flow under high pressure to impact the surface of parts, in order to smooth rough surfaces, roughen smooth surfaces, or remove surface stains.

Anodic oxidation

Anodizing helps to resist corrosion, improve surface hardness, and enhance wear resistance. It can be used for both functional and decorative purposes.

Contract Confirmation

This process is to confirm quotation, such as quantity, material, surface treatments, etc. If everything ok, contract can be signed.

Deposit Payment

30% deposit is needed for production arrangements.

Production

Material will be purchased and examined, meanwhile our engineers get ready for cnc programming, machine set-up, fixture and cutting tools preparation, etc. In the whole production process, you will receive photos or videos for parts production.

Quality Inspection

From production to post processing, our production and quality inspection team uses micrometer, CMM, Rockwell hardness tester, etc to make sure parts compliant to drawings and requirements.

Balance Payment

70% balance payment is needed before delivery.

Packaging & Delivery

Parts will be safely packed and delivered as required. Tracking number will be sent to you once available.
